My first thought was it looked like copper - a metal often stolen and quickly sold for drug money. As if new phones weren't enough of a target.

@Marty, I think so. They didn't go in to many details and those they did were confusing to say the least, but they talked about co processing, app load sharing and location based app sharing.

The tentative take away I got was that they are doing something similar to what Facebook does with clusters of PC's and distributed processing.

And yes they explictly did mention a USB3 connection option for absolute best performance
And agreed that side sync has been pretty good for awhile now.

It became available in the latest Dev Build and it replaces the Screen Mirroring, but it is working really well so far...

More a testament to the elusive nature of the title. But now that it's circling around Samsung and the Duo, maybe the end of the search is near.
Or maybe we've been searching from the wrong end. Judging from @desertlap's and @jnjroach's post on what MS is baking into Windows 10, does look like the problem wasn't just in the smartphones, but in Windows.

Really thinking of asking for Galaxy Book Flex for my next work PC. Coupled that with my current P-205 = Wacom EMR on both.

The Notes are appealing but why carry a phone and a tablet when the tablet can handle phone duties just as well? :)

Taking about the the P205? Yeah, but it lacks a good camera and has an anemic battery life. Tried once to use it for a day or two as a phone but it just wasn't practical, and not just because of the size.
I still how Samsung would show the little guy some more love.

With LTE turned on, I can't get through a day without charging it. I just wish Samsung would sell it in the US for US carriers.

They just recently revved the non pen enabled 8 inch tab a with a higher res display and a bit faster processor. If Samsung follows past precedent, that means an updated version with the pen is on its way, possibly after they get the Note and Tab S7 launched.

PS: Both cameras still suck on the newest tab a I'm referring too.....
