so even if I buy an used one I still have warranty?.
AFAIK, Asus warranties are transferable. You might need the seller's cooperation if it was previously registered.
Thanks, I know I'm going to regret this but really like to have a stab on the Asus Note for sketching.
I had already had a unit fail 2 weeks into ownership and still exchanged it for another unit rather than getting a refund. Welcome to the club. When it works, it's a decent tablet.
Yeah I had previous experiences with Asus which were horrible, however, there's nothing else except for the note 8.0 which I own which is similar.
When it works, it is a fantastic portable
sketchpad/note pad with the Wacom pen goodness.
Hopefully Asus will get this straightened out, as this
tablet is very handy size.
It seems the 01/2014 & 02/2014 units are the most to fail...so far.
My 01/2014 tablet failed after 30 days.
I have purchased a 2nd Asus that is a 02/2014. So far it has not
failed yet and it is past 30 days. But another members tablet lasted
over 90 days before failure.
My repaired unit, that had a main base/digitizer replaced is
still working so far. It is now more than 30 days.
Quick question if I buy one from Germany and I live in the UK will Asus still support my warrant. I'm thinking yes because we're European.
I haven't read it in a long time but I think the Asus warranty is a two year warranty but with only a one year international warranty. You need to check this with Asus.
Thank you, can I ask is the performance that much better than say a 500t?.
