I agree Bronsky. I plan on keeping everyone up to date with mine. So far I have 25 hours and I'm still working!!! Only 28 days and 23 hours to go before the 30 day magic date.

Well, I said I would keep you up to date...
It's been just over one week since my RMA return and ALL IS WELL! Pen working fine.

My device was a week in the repair. They have performed only a reset/reinstall. After one day of using the pen failed again.

    Bummer :(
Did you send it back again yet?

Mine has been back from repair for just a day shy of 2 weeks,
not long enough to say it is fixed yet. So far, so good....

No, I am of the opinion that it is a software error. Therefore, I have the display driver uninstalled completely and installed a new driver. The cause is in my opinion in order of driver initialization.

Well, time will tell if that's the solution. Remember, mine worked for 76 days, so the 30 days is not a fixed line!

Who is paying the postage for "sent to repair" and after being repaired, "sent back for repair"?

With Asus, you pay shipping to send in for repair,
they pay for return of your unit.

I received a postage printout via email from Asus Germany for free shipping.

If you ignore the RMAs that merely reloaded the software, how many of the actually repaired units have failed again. I count none so far?
