Automatically change height of taskbar based on rotation?

Hello,

Is there any software available that will automatically change the height of the taskbar based on the screen rotation?
When in landscape, I want my sidebar to be the standard size, but when in portrait, I would like the taskbar to be double size so that I can see more. It doesn't use much room at double height when in portrait.

 

i know it's not automatic. but it only takes like 2 seconds to resize it by dragging it.

 

Problem is that when using touch input, it´s really hard to drag it bigger.
