We are planning on using this machine in our office to assist with going paperless. My users are configured as standard users. The problem is the screen will only auto-rotate for administrators. Anyone know if this "bug" has been fixed?

I was not familiar with this bug, so I created a Test standard user account on my slate. I logged out of my personal account and logged in to Test. Screen rotation worked fine in all four orientations. I do not see a problem here.

I've not found a driver on the ASUS website that will fix this issue.

Interesting - we have 3 slates and the screens will not rotate with standard user accounts.

It's a known problem. Someone on the forum found a solution, I just can't remember what it was -_-

You want the latest "ATK" driver from the asus update site. I just checked and it no longer seems to be there. It was under Windows 7 and not Windows 7 64bit. The driver was dated Feb. 2011. It might be just a glitch in thier download site. I would check back.
I definately fixes the issue. I tested it myself.
If not, I might be able to dig it up.

Ahh, the good old FTP site. I forgot about that.

I believe they may also want the Hotkey Service Utility update from 2011.02.21. Please correct me if I'm mistaken!

    Good find CF77!
