    You need to recover pass of acc your from Microsoft, perhaps it is the only solution :)

    You try here:

    Please do these steps.
    1. Connect your docking or USB keyboard and connect power adaptor.

    2. Enter login page, press keyboard’s shift key and the tab’s power icon on the lower right corner, and choose “restart”.

    3. Choose “trouble shooting”

    4. Choose “reset your computer”

    5. Press “next step”

    6. Choose “Fully clean the driver”

    7. Press “reset ” and start the system recovery(about I hour)

    Or you can use On-Screen Keyboard in screen login :)

    This is common problem with win 8 tablet. I hawe to, now I hawe 3G wifi modem and all work perfect.

    4/19 i received back from asus both tab smarts. they are both functioning correctly, outputting to the hdmi port. the issue seems to be a loose internal connection from the cable plug to the motherboard. at least that is my impression. if anyone is having hdmi issues, intermittent connection or no connection forget the software reset and request a rma to have the socket replaced - fixed.

    that's fast. how long did it take them to replace your tabs and ship it back?

    Hello,
    I bout a Jot Classic stylus pen, but its looks like the smart pivotal doesn't support pressure sensitivity, I tried the pen on my IPhone and the Pressure sensitivity work fine.
    But im not sure about if it not supported or there might be a way to enable it.
    If u open the "Windows Journal" app u find the pen and highlight settings and u find the option of the pressure sensitivity in gray and u can't turn it on.

    You probably need the drivers for the Bluetooth to work.
