Are these the nibs you're talking about?

If you have an EMR stylus with a removable hard plastic nib, how can you find a good flexible replacement and know that it will fit?

I have been frustrated in my search for an alternate stylus for my AVTN8s over the years, and I've found nothing that really works. If anyone finds one with a soft nib and eraser that will actually calibrate for the AVTN8, let me know. I've bought several from Amazon and none of them write properly. The stylus that came with my Thinkpad 10 writes on AVTN8s, but the offset is unacceptable, and it refuses to calibrate.

Please explain. Do you mean purchasing an SPen for a Samsung device?

I use the original external S-Pen that comes with "eraser" on the top. I believe it was named S-Pen 10. It doesn't fit the silo.

You can pull out the hub and insert a replacement.
When you but an after market S-pen they come with three extra nibs.

I've seen them in Taipei, maybe it is easier to find them on sites like Alibaba?

I have a dead miro-USB port (*again*) and I'm looking to replace it. I remember an ancient thread or post about replacing it that, iirc, had a part number and other information. Anyone know where to find that info? I've been searching here to no avail.
    Thanks!

HJK, I got mine from here: https://www.asusparts.eu/en/partfinder/Asus/Tablet/VivoTab/M80TA

THe links have changed but what I got was one of the IO boards

These are the original links, support said any of these boards would work. I'm not totally sure which of the parts currently listed would work, so you may want to contact them and ask for the correct MUSB port!

Hope you can find it, if you do please post up which one it is!

    Thanks!
It's a bit befuddling to try to find the right piece.
I found one from the UK on Ebay for about $15 ships, so I went with that. Is it worth the $15 plus the price of the new battery I'll need plus the price of the new digitizer I already bought to resurrect an old M80TA? Probably not, but there are more expensive hobbies, I suppose.
