not sure whether to risk it or not ! should i keep my powder dry ?
If you can allow 1 day for restoring in case it's a no go, you could try. Personally I depend a lot on pen notetaking at university so since i only have this device with decent pen technology, I decided to wait end of semester or kinda official fix
okay im going to do what i came here for, which is to take your good advice ... im not going to pull the trigger until threshold 2 thanks all of you
now, anyone know if i can just buy that 128 sd card ??? will 8.1 see it all ?
Could someone confirm that pen finally works with win10 without problems?
well, as said before it works from build 10547 on. but as that is a beta build, there are/might be other issues - most of them not unique to the vivotab though..
im not part of the insider programme, what is the position with the market-ready release of 10, still giving pen issues no ?
the normal, not insider version does still have the same pen issue. therefore, if you want to use your device, either upgrade to the insider builds or use win 8.1 and wait for the release of what they are currently calling "threshold 2". which will hopefully include the pen fixes!
if it doesnt im gonna be considerably vexated, for now im putting up with 8.1 but i cant really stand it much longer
I have the normal release, no insider (unless that sticks from the beta test) and no pen problem.
Yes, I'm happy to see you and that is a Sony Xperia in my pocket
i wonder why youve had no issues when the received wisdom is not to upgrade yet, are you a note 8 / 32 or 64 ?
