Actually I bought 2 micro HDMI to HDMI cables. One for my office at home directly to the HDMI port (Dell 2410) and the other with an HDMI to DVI adapter to also a 17 inch Dell monitor. The strange thing is that it has been working on both and now it doesn't work on both with either one cable. So it is not a hardware pr cable issue.

Therefor it should be something with the drovers or a setting. Any idea is welcome.....

Value Basket - I looked into it today. It is credible, some good reviews, however, their stock is in Hong Kong and takes upto 10 working days to arrive

    Hi All,

I got this today from ASUS Support thought you might be interested...

    Dear Russell,

Thank you for contacting the Asus Technical Support Team.
Regarding the issue you are having with your unit with serial number:
    CCOKAS062865

I’m very sorry but ate the moment I do not have an estimated date for the drivers.
The only thing I can offer you is a zip file with all the drivers.

    Here is the link:

If you have any questions you can contact me.
    Kind regards,

Since I don't have a Vivo Tab yet, it's sometimes hard to follow. But why is he linking 2.1.0.5 if there's already 2.1.0.8?

But a reply with a more or less official link to a driver zip file is better than nothing.

Do you think asking how people are supposed to know of this driver package would make sense?

Hi I am not as technical as the rest of you so I don't know if this is the latest or not. I thought that the 2.1.0.8 referred to the Live Update module. However I just thought that it would be useful to post this information I have not applied any patches yet as I am a bit nervous to. I will do that with the help of my PC support guys on Monday. I will respond to him in the meantime as you suggest.

    Cheers

    Russ

The 2.1.0.5 drivers aren't as new as the ones that pop up on Live Update. (2.03) You'd think otherwise from looking at the version numbers, but the release notes show they're newer.

They can be found on the 3rd post of the new driver thread.

Breed, thanks I have found that the latest version, or at least what I think is the latest version of LiveUpdate tells me I am not connected to the internet when I know I am!!!... anyway the only real problem I have is crashing and rebooting when coming our of sleep... I don't suppose you have any pearls of wisdom on that front do you?

    Cheers

    Russell

    Russell,

Have you tried my suggestions in this thread?
    http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/asus/55813-vivotab-tf810c-now-sleeping-overnight.html

I couldn't get LiveUpdate to work, so I manually downloaded the Asus drivers as instructed in this thread:
