Hello, my daughter upgraded to windows 10 and 2 months later rolled back to windows 8.1. This process of rolling back deleted the winre.wim file, and now we can't get into recovery. I signed up and downloaded the English 32bit evaluation of windows 8.1 enterprise from Microsoft, and even though it is x86 if I use the winre.wim from it's install.wim file it reports as a 64bit version....

So I ask could someone please, for the love of all that is good, upload a copy of winre.wim from the M81C's C:\windows\system32\recovery folder to some file hosting service. This file is ONLY the recovery environment and does not contain any material. it's only at most 250 MB. I am sorry to ask, but I've been at this for a week solid now and I refuse to give more money to asus or windows when they created the situation to start with. I mean who makes a tablet that cant boot from a flash drive??? and why make an OS with bing if the people cant create a backup with said OS....

    /rant off, /pleading on
