In his text review, he does mention an extremely strong eyeglasses prescription with high index lenses, so I'd imagine that's a huge part of it... though it doesn't explain the bugginess when he takes them off.

How is the battery life in real world usage for you guys with the Note 5? Bronsky made his case and I'm no longer going lumia. I need a note pad at any point in time and having a small notepad is real attractive to me. Did you get the 32 or 64gb?

The Note 5 doesn't take external memory card so if you're a prolific note taker always go with maximum storage.

I have the 32GB but I have only used 33.5GB of the 128GB eMMC on my Surface 3. Since there is no SD card on the Note 5, I would agree that most users should go with the larger storage. As far as battery life, it is 5:30 p.m. and I have 92% of my battery left on a light use day. If I used the phone as a GPS for an hour or two and was away from the office, I might be able to run the battery down in a day. Normally I charge every night but when I miss a day, I can normally stretch it so that I don't need to charge until the next night. I use power saving mode almost all the time.

@Bronsky How do you like using Air Command for Onenote? Is the one note for Android servicable or is it even more watered down than the metro Windows app?

I turned off Air Command and just launch OneNote from the icon. Nothing launches automatically when you remove the pen. I like this version of OneNote far more than I expected to.

Alright. Well it looks like I am going with samsung note 5.

Kinda sad that microsoft didnt make the XL a pen enabled device. As much as I love windows, having a pen is very handy.

You know that you can set it up to launch OneNote automatically when you withdraw the pen?
