We don't have direct control over the ads, so there's not much we can/will do about that at the moment.
It is a bad user experience though, it would be great if you can track down who/which ad service is including these, and file a complaint with them.
It's a problem all over the web. In time it'll be solved.
Thanks. I still do hope that you exert some pressure on your ad network of choice. Because without pressure from their clients, they have zero incentive to do better ad screening.

I have the same issue with my android phone
probably the ad network violating the sites selection criteria. But as I said.. this one offers no way out, even if you want to click on the ad.
