    3:2 screen
    Stylus in Silo

...plus maybe it might have a battery life longer than 3 hours?

This has "dstrauss" written all over it (and me!) except it is "Acer" and well, we know how well the Switch 7 thing has turned out...

To me this iooks to be the successor the Samsung Note 12.2 Pro, kinda wish Acer offered LTE...

According to Gizmodo it will retail for about $500 around September.

    I looked up what:

No pricing or hard availability dates are set, but we’re told to expect the Chromebook Spin 13 around September and for it to be “competetively priced.”

meant on Thesaurus.com and it gave me vaporware.

If this thing is for real combined with the possibility of running Linux Apps might make it a more viable on-the go "pro" art device?

Hmmm maybe run Krita, GIMP, Modo, Maya, Blender, 3D-Coat and or Mudbox, OOB without hacks?

...maybe just maybe, LOTS of "maybe's"..!

See also, "Acer Spin 7." Can't quite see what they think they gain from this. Vaporware was traditionally a software tactic used by the likes of Microsoft to overhang the market (criminal antitrust violation) to delay people from buying competitive products. How many people do they think will postpone computer purchases for 6 mos waiting for the newest Acer chromebook?

I think what we have here is a dichotomy between expectations and reality. Or maybe it is simple Asian procrastination?

Man, if there was a Win10 verison of the 13.5" I'd be all over that. Although I could not see a pen silo anywhere in the video.

I don't see an Acer Chromebook 13 Spin anywhere in the natural world.
