cool, thanks for finding and posting. that 1.5 hours of battery is a major ouch for a Tablet though -- granted it's a 3-cell battery to keep things light but for a Tablet device that's a major strike against. Still, performance is the upside and some will like the slider style screen more.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong but....

I was under the impression that the C204 came with 2 batteries, a 6-cell and a 3-cell. This is from the Acer Canada website:

    TMC204TMi: two lithium ion batteries
    1. Six-cell: up to 3.6 hours life depending on configuration and usage; 2.5 hours recharge time with power off, 3.5 hours with power on
    2. Three-cell: up to 1.6 hours life depending on configuration and usage

This seems to be what Tabletpccorner.net also had, if you check out the review. I don't know what happened to the 6-cell at infosyncworld.com....

I was under that impression as well. My guess is that the reviewers only installed the 3-cell battery. With both the 3-cell and 6-cell battery installed, the total battery life should be around 5.2 hours (probably less, depending on your settings, though), right?

Edit: By the way, they said the fan can get somewhat loud. Would this happen during regular word processing? Or just during more intensive processes?

One thing that is not clear to me, is about sound.
From the pics there is only one sound opening in the front left side near the bluetooth/wi-fi buttons.
The other one is closed by the pen holder, I think.
The question is: the sound is mono or stereo? Are there two or one speakers?

I would like to hear more about the tablet sensitivity and feel.
It's a shame the new technology does not allow you to adjust the screen. On most laptops I've used, it's important to fight glare with subtle adjustments of the angle.

Is the C200 available at any brick and mortar stores. I'd love to get some hands on time before purchase.
