    Are you sure it isn't the wirer? A few pages back someone mentioned the wire has to be right as well as the charger. One reason I am skeptical about buying one without the wire attached.

    I asked the question to myself as well.
    I used RavPower's usb-c wire:

    For the benefit of doubt, I bought another brand:

    According to both users' reviews they work with macbook.
    Not sure what else I can do here....

    I think you made a good point here, so far the Targus 45W charger and Innergie charger that people have confirmed working both have wires attached.
    It will be interesting for people how have access to apple's usb-c charger to confirm what kind of cable they used.

    It probably just doesn't work, maybe(big maybe) I will get my usb-c charger that is supposed to work on the elite 12 which has no proprietary charger requirements so I am hopeful it will work, the only other one I think might work mentions the name of the tablet in the description.

    ok, maybe you're right and it's not an ssd. what about your device? is it absolutely silent? never makes any sound while rebooting and turning on?

    Mine is absolutely silent. To my knowledge there are no moving pieces

    I see... well this means that something wrong with mine... though it works fine except of this thing. Don't know if i have to worry about it. Anyway, thanks for the answer.
