    Specific question here:

I'm always messing with bootloaders for theming and dual booting, and since Windows 10, I cannot access the ESP partition through explorer, only through command line.

On Windows 8.1, I'd assign the ESP a drive letter, than open a command prompt and type:

    taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
    explorer.exe

That would remount explorer as admin and then I'd be able to access the partition like it was the C: drive. On Windows 10, even after doing that, I just receive permission denied prompt. You can't modify permissions because it's a FAT32 partition.

    Anyone have an idea?
