So my viliv s5 seems to have developed a hardware issue. It froze, then I got a BSOD about the ATA device. Anyway, I called Viliv and it took about 4 calls before I got an RMA number emailed to me. I had to email them a scan of my newegg invoice also. I got an RMA number and an address in CA to send my S5 and Battery ONLY-no accessories. I had to pay to ship it there btw, it arrived on friday Delivered On: 08/13/2010 9:38 A.M.
