I've got a Latitude 5175 that, when unplugged and turned off, drains the batteries down to the dregs when the keyboard is attached. If I detach the keyboard, it will drain the keyboard battery, pen in silo or out. So far I've opened up the keyboard and unplugged the battery and basically leave the works in storage. Without the battery it drains the tablet battery if left attached with the works unplugged & off. It drains roughly 15% overnight and both sleep & hibernation have been disabled. Without the keyboard attached there's next to no drain. Any ideas?

For me it sounds like a problem with the keyboard.
I also have a 5175 with Keyboard (with battery and pen). I often do not use my 5175 for a while since I also have a Subnotebook. I never figured out a battery drain. At least not in this rate (~15% over night).
I have not checked out if over a couple of weeks I loose 1 or 2 percent. At all I never noticed the problem you are having.

I'd recommend contacting Dell, your keyboard seems to have a problem.
