How dare you ask Samsung to do something reasonable for Windows users?

@nnthemperor and @DRTigerlilly - I agree with your thinly veiled skepticism - I am cleaning off my 8gb/256 and 4gb/128gb GB12's and getting them ready for eBay heaven - sayonara EMR...its time to move on and my HP Spectre x360 late 2019 gives me tons of more function in a 2 oz heavier package.

Now experimenting with a better nib for the rock hard, slippery, and noisy garbage HP uses. The Surface Pen nib looks like the best solution, but the fit requires some trimming and sanding, and then some tape support below the nib. My wild out there idea is to try trimming the end of the HP nib, drilling a small hole and inserting the S-Pen nib - greatest potential for a better on screen feel, but least like to succeed I think.

    More to come...

I am such a piker compared to you all.

Surface Go was last year replacing my Surface 3. Note 10 was this year, replacing my Note 5. That's about it.

That sounds positively Zen. I spend way too much time remembering how I rationalized purchasing device X and where it fits in my routine. :D

Posted the same info in another thread... But at CES I asked a Samsung prod engineer and learned there were no plans for another GB with that sort of form factor. Immediately I thought Dstrauss was not going to be happy...

Thanks, I guess. Actually, I had pretty much reconciled myself to the fact the GB12 was the beginning and end of the line, kind of like the Denisovans.

I still hold that glimmer of hope, that since the person I spoke to was Korean, that maybe something got lost in translation...

I completely retooled between the end of last year (Galaxy Note 10 in November) and early this year with the Go 2. Everything else remains the same, although I am considering a new keyboard as my old Lenovo Thinkstation KB is starting to show its age. The space bar has really loosened up.

I am thinking about a bluetooh KB but am concerned about latency. Anybody have an opinion on that? This Lenovo KB has served me well.

Loose - that looks like its been pounded to death...as for that latency thing, I've given up and use my keyboard connected by USB - I have yet to find any wireless (Bluetooth or the little transmitters) that don't skip a key or two especially if you stop for a few minutes to do something else.
