    Hi!
I have been trying to change the standard settings for screen rotation on my R1F but I have not found the way! When I use my laptop in tablet format I always use it with the screen rotated 180 (landscape instead of the standard portrait (screen rotation 270)), so I want the computer to change from screen rotation 0 in laptop format to screen rotation 180 when I swivel my screen to tablet mode. Is it any way to do it? At this moment I open Intel graphics accelerator and change the screen orientation there but it will be far better if the computer does it for me! (it does it for people that uses screen rotation 270 so why it should not do it for minorities that use 180?!;)
    Histe.

Not really a solution, but it is faster to use Alt+Strg+Cursor Keys instead of opening the Intel App.

it bothers me too, i first thought the screen rotation button would do it, but it doesn't. have to choose desktop's graphic options->rotation

It is disappointing that the option of changing the standard screen rotation does not seem to be available for R1F users. I have found and alternative solution, I was hoping I did not have to use it because it means sacrificing my undo pen flick but it seems the only convenient option. Now when I flick "southwest" my screen rotates to landscape 180... but I cannot undo anymore using that same flick... I have to compromise...
If anyone wants to try this solution please read http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/showthread.php?t=6544
    It works really well!

PS: is there any freeware available to create extra flicks?

ctrl+alt+arrow changes, I never saw a problem with that.

Yes.... the Ctrl + Alt + ▲/▼/◄/► arrows work a treat.
It works on all Tablets, not just the ASUS.

It works great, but I have to agree that it is a pain in the.. when in tablet mode, because you have dont have access to the keyboard.
So it is a shame that the rotation button at the bottom of the screen only cycle between two rotation instead of the 4 like on many tablets.
It could not be that hard to make it work by SW... Hope Asus eventually updates it

Try using it with the Click-N-Type keyboard.
    Works lovely. :)

    I know, I know :)
But they made the effort to put a rotation button below the screen, why implement it half way.
