It doesn't exist unfortunately... the closest thing you can get to a tablet that size would be a Sony Tap 20,
it's a mix between a desktop and a tablet, very nice in my opinion, but only if you don't need an active digitizer for drawing/writing

The biggest Tablet PC size is 14 inches, the old Gateway C-140x.

At 17 Inches you only have 2 options

The Disscontinued and very hard to find Wacom Cintiq 17sx

Wacoms older Cintiq line had 15, 17, & 18 inch screen size options.

Good luck finding one though....maybe you can find one on Ebay, but given how long they have been discontinued for....chances are slim. Just be careful...some auctions are sold just for parts, meaning the Cintiq probablly won't even work.

Here's an auction for the 18 incher....but its sold for parts only.

Crestron Wacom Cintiq 18sx Tablet Interactive Pen Display PL 800 18" | eBay

The other option is Wacoms DTU line of Pen Displays

    They have 10.1, 15.6, & 21.5

There is also a 17 incher...but its the only one you can't buy direct from Wacom oddly.

    DTF-720

However....given the steep Price point of the DTUs.....your probablly still better off snagging a Cintiq 13HD or 22HD.

Only plus side to the DTU's and the older Cintiq Models is that they use the same UD Digitizer found in Tablet PCs...so the perfromance will be nearly the same and the Pens will all be cross compatiable.
