Default Alternative batteries, mice, screen protectors, sites?

Hello and Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soon going to be a proud new owner of a M7 and was wondering:

1) What mouse do you use and recommend?

2) What alternative battery do you use?

3) Do you use screen protectors? If so which one do you recommend?

Finally, where/sites did you get all of your accessories?

Thank you, very much for your help,

Actually, my friend uses this mouse and it totally rocks. it feels alot better then you would expect, and is not too much.

when you're done using it, you just fold it up and insert it back into the PCMCIA port.

Your M7 already comes with a hefty screen protector and the screen is finished in such a way that makes the feel of writing close to normal paper. Using an extra screen protector can negate that paper feel. I do not own an M7 myself but unless you hear otherwise from M7 owners I would advise not to use a screen protector.

Have I given you this link already?

About the mouse. It depends on how you want to use it. If you want a mouse to use on the go the above link would be nice. You might also look at this from thinkoutside. But on the other hand if this is something you will use more in your room I would look at a comfortable Logitech mouse and leave it in you room when you go to classes. You did not buy the Tablet to never touch the screen and you can get a lot done using just the pen and controls on the M7.

Something to think about.

Thanks for the links,

I have heard of the togo mouse butthe one down side is there is no scroll wheel. Which might work for others but I couldn't live without the scroll wheel.

Niles, you have given me that link before( sorry didn't mean to make you post it again). Thank you but is that the only option for an alternative battery?

The thinkoutside mouse looks nice I'll have to look into it more.

I'm sure i could wip up a program that will use your both mouse clicks at the same time as a scroll mechanism.

In fact, that's what i'll do. I'll post it up when i'm done.

Ok here you go. this is how it works:
First Extract the zip file to any folder and then run the EXE.
(the source is has been added, you can just compile the source yourself)
you hold down the left and right mouse buttons and then just move your mouse up and down. Move the mouse slowly since the sensitivity has not been tweaked and so it will go up and down the page pretty quickly

written and compiled in autoit.

Edit: i was not able to post the app here, so i posted it in the autoit forums HERE

I just edited my post, seems i couldnt upload the file due to the size. So i posted it on the Autoit Forums here:
http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/in...howtopic=38259

let me know what you think.

Edit: to exit the script, look in you system tray (notification area for the autoit icon, right click and click on exit).

hmm, this tool works quite well in explorer. especially since you dont have to hold both mouse buttons to scroll.

refer to my changelogs for updates on it. Suggestions are welcomed.

try this, while in "scroll mode" in windows explorer move the mouse around and it will hover focus over the items in the current folder.
hover over a folder and while still holding the right mouse button press the enter key.

i'm having a blast with this thing.
