    Default EMATIC EGLIDE PRISM 7" 8GB Android 4

    My grandson has an EMATIC EGLIDE PRISM 7" 8GB Android 4 and I hope someone can help.
    It has Getjar on it and when he tries to download anything, he gets as far as where the pop-up states:
    "Download your selected application. 0 downloaded."
    I am supposing the the zero "0" should increase when the file is downloading, but it never moves past "0."
    Would anyone know what is happening and why they 9apps) are not downloading?

    #2- Also, would anyone know of a nice/free weather app or widget that he could use that would show weather on the main page? He has tried a lot but none have worked.
    #3- Would he be able to download/install Google Play on this Ematic? If so, how would that be done?
