It has a full-size SD card slot, not micro-SD.

The photo of the back of the unit diiffers from other preview videos I have seen and doesn't show the replaceable battery. Any idea why?

I've seen videos online that don't have a removable battery.
Those were probably demo units.
I've also read about another version coming next year that is more "basic." Whether or not that one has a removable battery is anyone's guess at this point.

It's the "Essentials" version of the tablet coming out early next year with no removable battery, hdmi, or micro-usb. It will be the cheapest version of the Latitude 10.
