Be sure to check out our original review of the iPad. This new review focused mostly on the 3G aspects of the device.

I have to say, it's definitely the nicest touch-sensitive mobile device I've used. It feels a lot more like using the large-screen touch- and multitouch-capable displays like those found on the TouchSmart and Studio One all-in-ones.

I do wish that the available styluses worked better than they do - I've used the capacitive Pogo and its copycats and while they are functional, they aren't entirely pleasant. Granted, this was on the iPod Touch, not the iPad, but I suspect the experiences would be similar.

iPad is a nice looking device, but it's a toy for entertainment value.
