I spent days googling for "mouse pointer problems windows 7" and didn't find this thread until someone pointed me to it on the Fujitsu forum. I really should venture to other forums on tabletpcreview
Hope I can get used to the pointer trails. Also, I hope Apple makes a real tablet at some point so that I don't have to deal with this crap from Microsoft. "Creative fixes" of buggy products get old after a couple of decades.

I used my X200tablet in portrait mode for the first time this morning and had the exact same ghost pointers others reported in the earlier posts. After trying different settings and looking through the web I was lucky to find this thread! I followed the suggestions by TSR and stevem64 and lo and behold- it works! I do not have those ghost pointers anymore!
