Can't wait to hear what you guys think! I won't know exactly how jealous to be until I hear details about the light weight, the grippy back, and the eraser on the pen (all quite unlike the 500T).

Here, I can't understand anything except the figures but it looks like the LCD is bonded to the glass on the thinkpad 2 which should greatly improve the stylus experience. See 26:25 at

Perhaps someone that speaks Chinese can help to see if there are any other things we don't know. Lenovo again terrible at explaining to the consumers important details about the product.

Ordered mine on 12/22. Received the sleeve last week, slim case today 12/31. Keyboard was supposed to ship yesterday (12/30) but still only shows "Order Received". The tablet now shows an estimated ship date of 1/15 and has been "In Production" for a while now. I would have loved NFC and the fingerprint reader but wasn't shown an option and still don't see one if I ordered today. Getting tired of waiting and may cancel.

For those of you who have shipping dates coming up in the future, have your credit cards been charged yet? Mine was charged on Friday and I am hopeful that this means my tablet will be shipping soon. Or do they just charge the card at some arbitrary time between when you order and when the tablet ships?

Slim Case has tracking number and shows "Cleared Customs, in transit" but according to UPS hasn't moved for two days from KY.
