Re: Lenovo Windows 8 ThinkPad Tablet 2 - Tablet + dockable Keyboard Combo
Yeah - I agree that a keyboard able to fold would have been very nice. However, I can live with the detachable keyboard, it will be like using my old HP TC1100 again. The Lenovo sleeve which holds both the tablet and keyboard looks fantastic.

Re: Lenovo Windows 8 ThinkPad Tablet 2 - Tablet + dockable Keyboard Combo
Also, I don't think the MS store version comes with the pen. The Lenovo rep mentioned that it should be available by the end of the month. My order is scheduled to be filled next week but I will believe it when the device arrives. I have ordered the 64gb model with the 3g/4g mobile connection.

I think it does, but it would be nice if they wrote it explicitly. The SKU listed on the MS Store page is 367926U. This model has the pen according to the link that user pmf posted: http://www.lenovosolutionscentre.com...nkpad/features

Re: Lenovo Windows 8 ThinkPad Tablet 2 - Tablet + dockable Keyboard Combo
On the top of that, the keyboard connector is not magnetic but mechanic and that is a weak link for me; the keyboard does not have extra battery. I had so bad experience with TPT1 and in specific with TPT1 folio keyboard bad design (keyboard not holding tablet firm so tablet screen would rub constantly on the keyboard keeping the tablet away from sleep modus and constantly draining the battery).
Sorry Lenovo but the competition has better technology and even more important to me, far better service.
