Default ThinkPad X60/X61 Tablet SXGA+ different digitizers?

So I found these two SXGA+ screens for the ThinkPad X60/61 Tablet for sale that come with the Wacom Digitizers on eBay from the same person but they seem to have two different digitizers, does anyone know anything about this? Here are the two screens:

    IBM LENOVO X60 TABLET X61 TABLET 12.1" SXGA+ LCD HV121P01-100 42T0461 93P5607 | eBay

Well, one appears to be slightly older and one slightly newer (one ends in -100 the other in -101; and to go with this theory is most older Wacom enabled Tablet PC's have a red shield, while most of the newer ones I have seen have the silver shield... it could just be a color thing. But I found that the 2730p [has the silver shield] has edge accuracy problems, I have no idea if the silver version means its simply a newer build or something else -though those two listings list different digitizer model numbers... IDK, but personally I would grab the red one as just off gut feeling it would have a better chance of working, and there are more of them available)

The X60 and X61 do have different digitizers. the x60 uses a g4 digitizer, while the x61 uses a g5, and they are not compatible. HV121P01-101 refers to the screen version, which is the one used in the sxga x61, with the -100 being used in the x60. The displays themselves are pin compatible, just not the digitizers.

Given that the x61 lcds are the ones developing bubbles maybe its better to get the x60 lcd and use with the x61t digitizer.. thoughts? Can that work?
