Default X201T: Battery still draining after completely turning off and unpluged

I think I've got really bad luck recently, my X201T is acting really strange now. Apart from the fingerprint reader problem it's having, the machine now even drains battery after I shut it down and unplug the charger. The battery lost about 7-8% after a night off. I'm pretty sure the battery is ok since it didn't lose any power when I removed it.

I had tried the following solutions:
    - disabled all of Waking up from network options in BIOS
    - disabled USB Always On and Fingerprint Reader in BIOS (actually, the fingerprint reader wasn't even recognized in Device Manager to begin with)
    - switched off the radio button when shutting down
However, the battery was still drained and I had no idea what was consuming the power. Also, I noticed that I had disabled Low-power Alarm in BIOS as well, but it still *beep* when battery was running low, so I'm wondering if by any chance was the machine forced not to "remember" changes in BIOS. I had looked at the BIOS and the changes were still there.

I'm running clean install of Win 7 Prof x64 with Power Management, Fingerprint Software, Tablet Utility and Airbag Protection loaded.

It's been a while. I hope that there is some sort of solution by this time.
