HP TC4400 - T7600, Wifi Link 5100 (modded BIOS), Momentun XT 500GB, crazy undervolting

I also have the outdoor version. Did you notice the reflective/shining triangle at the 4 corners? It is about 2mm each side and all 4 triangles look different

Yup I have exactly the same thing. Don't think it is for any particular purpose though.

My x220t arrived finaly in the UK after being on order for 1.5 months...
Anyway first impressions are great (few niggles), this is my first actuall tablet having lusted after one for years (always wanted a Stylistic when I was in uni so guess thats 10 years ago!).

I've re-installed windows from fresh so that i can get the corporate Win7 Enterprise etc.. and had to fight with some driver issues (everything is now detected using the latest Lenovo downloads - manual install & some of the lenovo apps).

Seeing as i'm new to tablets i'm not sure what is normal behaviour or not for things e.g when i rotate the screen any apps that were fullscreen dont stay full screen, they need maximising again (but if you use the screen rotate button on the tablet they do stay maximised). Is that sort of thing normal?

Also there is mention in the Win7 pen options of a gesture to launch "tablet input panel" - from searching it sounds like you "flick" the pen backwards and forwards but I cant make it work...

Also i never seem to get the input panel "hover" when opening things like the startmenu?

Is it normal for the input panel to just open wherever it was last used, I had hoped it would be clever and move to near where you wanted to type text (i.e the current cursor position)?

yea i noticed too that the input panel doesnt always pop up when you want it to. the only time it consistently pops up when you want it, is when using internet explorer 9.

everything else, including start menu, is hit or miss

also, how do i manually install the simpletouch app?

can you draw straight lines (use a ruler if necessary) across the screen and up to the edge then? Or are they wobbly.
