The definitive X200 Tablet LCD Panel resource

Hi all,

Just bought a X201t multitouch.

Lenovo parts list:

MFG part:
13N7292

FRU:
13N7296

FLAT PANEL DISPLAYS; FRU 12WXGA LED W/MU YES

Run everest and got this:
etc.
Manufacturer: HV121WX6-110
Gamma: 2.20
etc.

I take it from the above that it's a Hydis? I'm very happy with it so far, but it's not an IPS, right? Is it AFFS+?

Edit: I guess so, if Everest is correct: Boe-Hydis link. No word about AFFS+ anywhere though.

A lot of people seem to be buying new screens, but where are they buying them from? My screen is smashed (a number 6 from OP) and I can't find a replacement online for less than about £500 (USD$800).

Help?!

how do you find the part number for your screen ?

If you have your Serial Number then you can google lenovo parts look up. Enter your machine type and serial number and it will pull up a list of parts with FRU and Part Numbers.

I have a X200t (non multitouch) and Everest says my screen is Toshiba LTD121KX6B. This corresponds to:

6) LED (multi touch capacitive: since September 2009)
270nit 500:1 contrast, FRU 13N7270 (Samsung S-PVA Model# LTN121AP03101) or 13N7271/13N7295 (Toshiba IPS Model# LTD121KX6B), PN 27R2490

However, I do not have a multitouch X200t. Mine has the 285 nit screen according to the FRU #, but the part # in Everest says it's an IPS screen.

Maybe the database should be updated in the first post?
