    (1) How do I make the auto-rotate to work? I know I prob won't use, but is this related to issue #1. Is there a program that I missed to install?

    Thanks!!
I think I finally tracked down the auto-rotate.

The executable is ScreenRotation.exe. It was located c:SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\TBUTIL\. I'm guessing this is the default location or a glitch I had when it was downloaded. There are lots of other drivers in there as well. It is odd since the ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs...s/7wgd15ww.txt online says the default is C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TBUTIL. I didn't have the WIN folder <---no jokes about my lack of WIN

Anyway, I think it is the LENTBCTL.exe (tablet shortcut menu) unpacked driver I ran to get the display to rotate.

Once I figure it for sure I'll come back and post it. I guess for now you can find this program and see for yourself

EDIT: the correct location is C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TBUTIL, and was enabled when I ran the Tablet Shortcut Menu program.

Might throw my self into this talk since l have a rather similar problem my self.

Just did a clean install, downloaded the lenovo update center, but there are still some things missing:

    GPS missing
Yellow mark next to : PCI serial Port
    PCI simple com Device
"Unknown Device" <-- no clue what this is?!?!?

Been downloading drivers like crazy, but still must be missing soemthing!?

The GPS is tied to the WWAN card driver. I have the Ericsson F3507g Mobile Broadband Minicard. The driver that should activate it is the Wireless WAN (Vodafone and AT&T - HSDPA) driver

I am about 90% sure the serial port driver is going to be tied to the Intel AMT. Not sure if Intel AMT 4.1 Management Engine (ME) Firmware, but probably the Management Engine Interface (Intel AMT 4.0) driver.

The PCI simple com device is tied to Intel(R) Management Engine Interface.

For the unknown device I can probably tell what should be there if you give me the location info from the General Properties tab.

The GPS has to be downloaded. Even though it says for the X200 but it seems to work on my tablet. You can get it here, ThinkVantage GPS for Windows Vista and XP. Once you extract and run it you will restart and on bootup you should have the GPS enabler icon on your desktop.

If you want to use the version specifically for ours I think you will have to let System Update find it for you. Honestly, if you look at Drivers and software - ThinkPad X200s and X200 Tablet page you see that almost all the drivers are the same for the X200 and X200T. The GPS Enabler seems pretty simple and I can't see why that software wouldn't work.

The camera I have not used yet but as far as a program I think Lenovo has it setup to download Skype and using their program you can activate the camera.

I would expect you could use another program but I haven,t GIS'ed any yet. Once I am comfortable that I can set up the tablet I will go back and mess with the camera.

Edit:The default location for the drivers are, c:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\camera

I can confirm that the built-in web cam works with Skype (at least version 4). As long as Device Manager is reporting that the camera drivers are installed (listed as a USB camera under 'Imaging Devices'), you should be alright.

    You are welcome.

From I have found I think they deferred that to Skype. Maybe someone else has found it? I'm still looking around and if I find it buried I'll post back. I would like a generic program too for Messenger.
