Fingerprint software question (smile)

once again Im here to bother all you fokes (sorry) but last week my harddrive crashed ( so support said ) sniffing I said if you say so ... I got home (I was in Canada) to find sitting on my front stoop a box and software from Lenovo (24 hours ) anyway I installed the harddrive and software ..everything seems to be working fine except that the fingerprint security doesnt auto ask and store my passwords from websites ( I know I know no big deal ) but it was nices ..I call support and they were of little help ( to my suprise ) ..so if anyone out there has any suggestions please stop by and drop a line

If you have the Client Security Software http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/si...cid=MIGR-46391 installed, it should work; Maybe you can try re-installing it and see what happens.

Nightcom thank you for the advice it seems to have worked I ended up doing a total reinstal ( for other reasons ) and it seems to be working fine..except I just logged on here and it didnt work ( humm ) anyway sorry it took me so long to get back to you and thank you once again (smile)

I have the same problem, I think it's because the fingerprint extension is installed in the image build but isn't included in the fingerprint software installer.

If anyone can work out if it's possible to extract this extension and share it, I would be very grateful!
