Re: Big problem with touch screen- orientation mirror effekt
That's your issue. Basically try simply uninstalling the Wacom driver and re-installing the Wacom driver Tablet PC - Enhanced Graphics Driver (if that doesn't work then try re-installing the video driver as well)
Current: HP 2730p Win 7 & Linux Mint | Toshiba M4 | Motion M1400 renice 120GB SSD | ITRONIX IX-325 | Motion F5 (U7500 update) | Fujitsu P1620 | T4220 w/SXGA+ 160GB Intel X18-M & 1TB HDD in bay | broken TC4400 [for experimentation] | i5 3570K mITX desktop w/GTX460 | ASUS N10j
Gone but not Forgotten: HP Tm2 | HP Slate 500 | HP touchpad 32GB | 6-core desktop

<<...When Im moving the cursor down, it goes up...>>
...Please provide some additional details. How are you moving the cursor? A mouse? Touch?
Are you in landscape or portrait mode?
Did you do anything immediately before this started to occur, such as install a program or some Windows updates?
Finally, have you tried to see if you can run a System Restore to a date before all of this started happening?
(The only time I've seen anything like you describe is when I accidentally tried to use my mouse upside down...!)

Re: Big problem with touch screen- orientation mirror effekt
When Im moving the cursor (finger and pen) it go opposide
Mouse works fine
works opposide in any position landscape
When the system is clean and graphics drivers is not installed even then Touch Screen responds inversely.

...It's been a long time since I used Vista, but have you tried recalibrating?
Control Panel (View by large or small icons) > Tablet PC Settings > Display Tab > Reset, then Calibrate...
(These instructions are for Windows 7, but Vista should be similar)
Calibrate for Pen Input and see if that makes any difference. If not, my advice would be to contact HP Tech Support...
Good luck.

...The only thing I can think to suggest is that you contact HP Tech Support. Possibly another forum member has a bright idea?
Either way, good luck.
