Default How can I set my touchscreen to be more responsive/sensitive?

Hi guys just got me a used tm2-2151nr XG894UA

    It comes with i5-470, 4g ram,500g 7200 hdd

My problem is the touchscreen at times I have to press hard for it to execute a choice. Once its running it becomes easy to touch. When I stop touching the screen (like I'm reading an article) then start to use it again I have to press hard and long for the screen to recognize my finger is on the screen.

Is there a setting on the control panel to make it sensitive?

btw on the quickweb mode the screen is very responsive.

appreciate if you guys can point me where I can download an enhanced touchscreen driver. I have downloaded HP's graphic driver but to no avail.

    Appreciate some help here.

It's not a matter of touching "harder", but a matter of touching it once to wake it up, then again to perform your command. And depending on the drivers installed, the option to disable the Power Management might not exist. I've seen it once, but with my current drivers, I don't have it.

You need to also installed the Wacom driver update from Microsoft through Windows Update to find it, at least thats what I've experienced so far.
