I am a current owner of touchsmart tm2. A few days ago my hardrive died. I called HP and they sent me a new hardrive. I have replaced it and am now trying to reinstall the OS and software. The problem that I am having is the recovery process always gets stuck at 12% during the third step. Are there any solutions around this? It seems it is making a single 70 ish gb partition and nothing else.
