Automatic Screen rotation stopped
Hi guys, I reinstalled Windows 7 on my HP Slate through the provided DVD. now the screen doesn't rotate automatically like before. I don't want to download extra softwares for that. There must be a way to get it to work like before. Because it didn't need an additional software before i reinstalled Windows. Thanx

Did you install all the drivers from the hp site for the hp 500?

Windows update automatically installs the needed drivers. doesn't it? I ran the windows update and didn't go to HP website.

You need to install the drivers from the hp site that are for your 500. Windows only installs windows stuff, (for lack of a better word).

You mean I have to download every single drivers from the HP site? But unlike Windows XP, Windows 7 installs the needed drivers through the Windows Update.

Just reinstall the driver that came in your CD.
