Default Tablet problems with HP Compaq tc4200

Hey guys, recently I bought an HP tablet at a pawn shop minus the pen. So I bought the right pen online and when I went to go use it on the computer it didn't read it. I called customer support and he remote controlled my laptop, downloaded everything he said I needed, and it's still non-responsive. Please help? Thanks.

If you bought the right pen, it's either a software problem, or pen or digitizer are faulty.

And as Agent implicitly does, I also question whether you bought the right pen.

HP TC4400 - T7600, Wifi Link 5100 (modded BIOS), Momentun XT 500GB, crazy undervolting
