I have the same problem with my
Toshiba m400. It only happens when I have the pen tablet driver from Wacom installed. I am a teacher and I purchased a Graphire bluetooth tablet a year ago with the idea that I could have my students participate in problem solving using the external tablet. I have given up the idea because in order for the Graphire to work properly, I need the pen-tablet driver installed. But with it installed, PowerPoint has the problem indicated by the OP. I have tried all versions of Office and all versions of the pen tablet driver without success. Without this driver installed, my Toshiba works fine with PowerPoint. If anyone has any ideas to correct this, it would be much appreciated. Right now my Graphire is sitting in a box, unused.
