Default Tx2000 Quickplay buttons, how to customize?

Okay,
I've been everywhere I can think to look, but I cannot find a way to adjust the quickplay buttons on this laptop. I want to turn off the DVD button as I keep hitting it by accident and launching quickplay. I could have sworn the option to assign the buttons was available on the older HP laptops, but I can't find it anywhere on this new one.

Is it just not available in Vista?
I also downloaded the latest quickplay version and still no customize option. . .

Any ideas?

I kept hitting the QuickPlay button and disabled it in the registry by placing an echo command before the path/filename.

This causes it to be ignored when executed

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Hewlett-Packard\HP Quick Launch Buttons]

"QAction"="echo [/color]C:\\Program Files (x86)\\HP\\QuickPlay\\QPMenu.exe"

Note: The bezel buttons have numbers assigned to them. In the node you will find these numbers and the associated actions.

tx2120us, with Vista 64

I haven't done much more than disable the QP key, so can't help much more.
