    Default T4220 Keyboard mapping errors

A few keys on my keyboard give a different character to that shown on the key.

The main ones offenders are the at sign (@) and the double quote (") character which have swapped position.

I find this is an intermittent problem.

While typing this note, the problem has disappeared, but will reappear when I reboot.

Does anyone have any clues on how I can fix this permanently ?
    Cheers,

Have you checked if you use the same Keyboard layout each time? Maybe you have two layouts installed and accidentially switch between them sometimes.

    How do I check ?

I didn't realise I could have more than one keyboard layout. If I do, how do I select the one not in use ( ie the one with the incorrect mapping ) ?

    Cheers,
    Bruce

    Thank you Frank,
It seems the layout is a little different in Vista, but I was able to find it.

I have changed the default from the english version of the English ( Austalian ) keyboard to English ( US ). It appears I have to use the change keyboard combination when I enter MS Word as this application doesn't seem to pick up the change of keyboard mapping.

Perhaps the English ( US ) keyboard works better because it was made for the US market, where I bought the T4220.

    Thank you for your help.

    Cheers,
    Bruce.
