Default T4220 external monitor docking quirk

Hey all, haven't been here for a while. goes to say that everythings been sweet sofar until now.

Here's my problem, when I first used my docking station the laptop would boot from the external monitor like a normal desktop. I had a brain fart recently and undocked the lappy when external monitor and power was still on which resulted in a blue screen on the lappy minutes later. Now when I boot from the dock it boots from the lappy screen first before switching to the external monitor which I find quite annoying. As a result it always turns on presentation mode when vista loads which I don't want.

Anyone know how to get it to how it used to be before with the external monitor being the only dedicated monitor?

    Cheers.

I always undock my tablet when the display is connected and the tablet still running, that's normal and nothing specia. So it should not harm your tablet.

You could take a look in the BIOS settings, there it's possible, that you can select how the tablet shall handle an external monitor.
Or just try to save the docked tablet profile again in the control panel, Fujitsu settings. Don't know the exact name of the Fujitsu tool.
