    Default Writing in foreign languages

I'm currently a college student who purchased a Fujitsu T5010. I am taking Chinese as a foreign language and one of my assignments its to type out a composition. Now I know there are some online websites that allow me to type it using pinyin, but I was wondering if there is any type of hand writing recognition software that would allow me to write out the characters by hand then translate it to a printed character on screen using onenote.

    Help anyone?

From what research I have done on the matter I am pretty sure it is supported. Furthermore in onenote it actually has the option to change the language to chinese. However when I click it the language wont actually change. I figure I'm just missing some language recognition software or something, but numerous google searches came up with nothing for me. Maybe I'm using wrong keywords or too much homework has gotten to my head. Hell, at this point I'm starting to think I'm computer illiterate.

Change the language you use in Tablet PC Input Panel
How to enable handwriting recognition and other features for East Asian languages

Have you installed the chinese language for the TIP.
If you're able to write chinese with the TIP, have the chinese language activated, then it's possible that it may also work with OneNote, but I don't know if it really supports it.
