Anyone try the new touchpad driver?

I can't risk destabilizing my slate at the moment, it's in the critical path for work related stuff.

Still, has anyone tried installing this?

Can't install that driver from package.

Try the MS update.. it is the same driver.

after a bit investigate..I just copy the the "eGalaxTouchCol.dll" file and paste it in
C:\Windows\System32\
I would rename old file to "eGalaxTouchCol0.dll" before paste.

Because the .inf file is provided, I think you can also do the update via the Device Manager (Update Driver and direct it to the .inf file location)...

WinHex shows them both the same. No difference.

I already had 1.2.0 installed, this is an old driver from Jan 2011, not sure why its only recently posted on Asus site, maybe a reflection on Asus turning its back on the device.
