Default Pen calibration not working right?

    Hi there-
New user, tablet less than a week old. I downloaded the newest drivers from the ASUS website for the pen and touch, but when I go into control panel to calibrate the pen, it says "A supported tablet was not found on the system".

Does anyone else have this error or know how to correct it? The setup then shows a glimpse of the WACOM calibration screen, which I know from my cintiq.

The pen works, I just wanted to tighten it up a bit...

That mean you installed wrong drivers. Uninstall, restart PC and download drivers for ep 121.

Hmmmm... I am pulling the drivers from the ASUS website, is there a better location? (Wacom)

ASUSTek site is the only site at the moment with latest version. 702-21

    Try Panasonic, Fujitsu, sites..

    Hmmm...

I downloaded everything, the latest everything, from ASUS support site, 64-bit windows 7.

    I downloaded

    ISD_DualTouch_702-21
    Touch_Panel
    EXC7700_FW_V1213
    Wacom_Pen

I uninstalled all the drivers in Hardward manager, then re-installed each, one by one with restarts.

Still, when I try to go to CONTROL PANEL>Pen Tablet Properties it says ERROR "A supported tablet was not found on the system"

I can try to calibrate things through "Tablet PC Settings", but it does such a bad job I am better off just using no calibration at all.

Am I missing something? Or does everyone have this same error under Pen Tablet Properties.

    thanks!

Thanks for all your help CF77.. I got everything installed and now it seems to be OK, except for one very strange thing.

Press and hold is not working for the pen as a right click. My finger will do it, and the settings are correct, but it is not working. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that the pen shown in the tablet properties has a button?
