W500 Case and other Accessories?
I recently purchased a new Acer W500 and would like to add some accessories to it.
Can you share which cases, extra ac adapter, car adapter, or any other accessories you have purchased and where did you get it?
I've seen at eBay an Acer case for the A500 and also an Acer adapter for the A500 but I don't know if these are compatible with the W500. Any opinions?

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
I was looking for the pouch advertised on Acer's site, but haven't seen it for sale anywhere....
ICONIA TAB W500
I think those cases are just generic netbook cases. Whenever a new device comes out, they just change the description.

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
Here's what I have bought for my W500:
SanDisk 64GB Ultra Secure Digital High Capacity, SDXC, Memory Card, 15MB/Sec Read/Write Speed
Amazon.com: SanDisk 64GB Ultra Secure Digital High Capacity, SDXC, Memory Card, 15MB/Sec Read/Write Speed: Electronics
With not much space left on the SSD after a few applications (MS Office) and games. This is where I put all my data and media files.
BoxWave Capacitive iPad Stylus (Metallic Silver)
Amazon.com: BoxWave Capacitive iPad Stylus (Metallic Silver): Electronics
Navigating Win7 with your finger can sometimes be a pain (plus all those finger print and smudge on the screen)
rooCASE Neoprene Netbook Sleeve Case Cover for ASUS Eee PC T101MT-EU27-BK 10.1-Inch Convertible Tablet Black (Invisible Zipper Dual-Pocket - Black)
Amazon.com: rooCASE Neoprene Netbook Sleeve Case Cover for ASUS Eee PC T101MT-EU27-BK 10.1-Inch Convertible Tablet Black (Invisible Zipper Dual-Pocket - Black): Electronics
I use this for when I'm just carrying the tablet around with just the stand and stylus.
Twelve South Compass Portable Stand for iPad and iPad2
Amazon.com: Twelve South Compass Portable Stand for iPad and iPad2: Electronics
Bit expensive and heavy but it's the most compact stand I can find.
Logitech V470 Bluetooth Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue)
Amazon.com: Logitech V470 Bluetooth Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue): Electronics
Little bit bigger than I want but it's the smallest BT mouse from Logitech.
Case Logic LNEO-10 Ultraportable Neoprene Notebook/iPad Sleeve Fits 7 to 10.2-Inch Tablets (Black)
Amazon.com: Case Logic LNEO-10 Ultraportable Neoprene Notebook/iPad Sleeve Fits 7 to 10.2-Inch Tablets (Black): Computer & Accessories
This is the one I use to carry everything (dock, power supply, etc)
Existing stuff that I already have.
A piece of micro-fiber cloth that I got with some eye glasses.
A pair of earbud headphone
Things I'm considering:
Skinomi TechSkin™ Acer Iconia Tab W500 Silver Carbon Fiber Skin Protector

Sony Ericsson Hi-Fi Bluetooth Stereo Headset with FM Radio

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
I tried to order a skin from Skinomi for my Archos 43 tablet... Took so long I ended up canceling it. People say if you buy it from the Amazon store you will get it faster because Amazon will hold their feet to the fire if they don't ship promptly.
This may fit but I don't have the tab or keyboard to check:
10 Inch Tablet PC Case with Keyboard - US$ 34.99
Flytouch3 is 270x170x15 millimeters
Iconia W500 is 275x190x20 millimeters
Q550 is 275x192x16 millimeters

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
Thanks for the input Wiz. I dont have as many recommendations as you, but I will say this is for the win:

Best Buy HP Netbook Sleeve.
This works great with just the tablet, and will still fit the dock as well. It is soft and a perfect size for our device.

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
Well. Actually the rooCASE Neoprene Netbook Sleeve Case Cover will hold both the Tab and Dock with no problem but after I put in the mouse, stand, headphone and stylus on the outside pocket. The whole package can get a bit heavy. I just don't want to accidentally dropped it and break something. That why I got the Case Logic LNEO-10 Notebook/iPad Sleeve as it comes with a handle and makes for much easier and secure carrying.
P.S. The rooCase is $9.50 and the Case Logic is $12.95, dirt cheap for 2 cases.

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
I bought a Buffalo slimline DVD player/burner for $29.00. DVDs play flawlessly and it fits in most cases. Decided to save the money and not buy the Blu ray burner. Also good for loading software...

Re: W500 Case and other Accessories?
Hello all
For a case, have a look at the Logitech LNE010. Great value from the usual suspects - Amazon and co. Mine's just the right size , has handles and has a zip pocket for your flash cards, etc.
