two seperate c-140xl issues

hey, i have two little issues with my computer (now two years old)

first is that i have no way to connect my computer with my tv, my tv has no vga. but my computer has no dvi, hdmi, s video. only vga.
is there any way for me to connect my computer to anything. or perhaps the port next to it, what is it and am i able to use it.

second, is there a way to tighten my screen, it wobbles left to right and up and down. can i tighten it, because right now duct tape is holding it in.

Issue One: check this out
I have never used one and can't speak to the quality. I have used sewelldirect before and trust them.
