my r15 has a very deep scratch (not on the screen but on the part near the on/off wifi above the keyboard)... any suggestions?

    if you still have a warrenty that may be coverd by it but i am not sure but i would probably check that out

    I doubt it...
    Cosmetic scars are not covered under warranties.

    Your best bet is to fill it in with a filler and use a touch up paint to cover up the problem.

    Car patch-up kits are good at filling in the problem.
    Just rub it in with a cloth, allow to dry, rub down with a grade 1 emery cloth and then apply the paint.

    You can probably source the paint at a model shop.

    still its worth a shot to make a quick free 1800 number call to see if they cover that in the warrenty
