x61 tablet external sound card & speaker system
I want to buy a 5.1 channel speaker system for the x61, but I think that's a waste of money to be used in conjunction with integrated sound card, and possibly not a very good one at that.
Any suggestions for external sound cards and speaker systems to go with the x61?

because the X61t has a PC-Card slot you'll have to find a sound card which fits in the PC-Card slot. One soundcard is the PCMCIA Sound Blaster® Audigy® 2 ZS Notebook, which also supports a 5.1 setup.
Some Logitech speaker systems get good reviews, it also depends on your price range and what you are doing with this speakers.
A 5.1 system is only good if you have a big room, play games or watch movies. Else a 2.1 system might be better, together with a high end stereo sound card like the Echo Indigo IO
